[BCNnet] replacing O'Hare ponds

At least having shorebird ponds off-site might be less stressful for human  
birders - as in, you can bird them without police hassle. Geoff  and I had to 
arrange ahead to count birds there for the Spring Bird Count for  the last two 
years in a row. It would be nice if everyone could have a look  without a lot 
of advance preparation.
