form. This workshop is limited to Cook County volunteers only. Workshops
for Lake, Will, Kane and McHenry volunteers will be held in late
2004/2005. <br>

<i>&nbsp;<br>
 From interacting with the public at cultural institutions, to
participating “out in the field” in restoration activities, volunteers
play a vital role in helping Chicago Wilderness and its members promote
and protect the region’s biodiversity.&nbsp; This workshop offer
suggestions on&nbsp; how to present our most important biodiversity
messages in understandable and compelling ways, and training in
communication techniques and interpretive practices to use while
communicating with the public. <br><br>
