We have an opportunity to speak with Representative George Scully, who

the issues in the Governor's proposed budget cuts.</font>
<font face="arial">Governor Blagojevich proposed the change in the Real
Estate Tranfer Tax, which will stop funding for the Illinois Nature
Preserves Commission, OSLAD, and several related conservation programs in
which Illinois has been a leader for the past 40 years.<br>

financial support of Illinois' natural resources and open lands.
