The first of the Habitat Clinics is this Saturday at Spears Woods and
features two of our many BCN stars: Doug Stotz and Conrad Fialkowsi, as
well as long time steward Joe Neumann and the FPD's John Elliott, who has
been a great friend to our efforts. This clinic features an
in-depth field exploration of woodland management and its impact on
woodland and shrubland birds. It considers management decision-making and
the health of our woodlands =96 and a focus on communication with different
audiences about the important challenges our natural habitats
face.

It promises to be a wonderful gathering. Please RSVP if you can, but for
this first one, it will also be fine to just show up.

The main Spears lot is closed. Park and meet the group at 9:00 in the
Country Lane Woods parking lot on 95th Street a half mile west of
LaGrange. Park near the pavilion.
