[BCNnet] BCN website

Yesterday, I invited people to take a look at the BCN website, forgetting
that it was scheduled to be down today (Tuesday) for maintenance.  Sorry
about the bad timing - please try tomorrow!  www.ebird.org/BCN (this is
case sensitive).

Some people have told me that they are not being allowed in - we're looking
into that.  Thanks for the feedback - keep it coming!
