University of Washington Energy Group Power Systems Archive =========================================================== Last Update: February 25, 1995 The UW Power Archive is an anonymous ftp server that provides Internet access to power system data (test cases) and freely distributable source code and executables for programs related to power system engineering. The archive is available 24 hours a day at wahoo.ee.washington.edu (128.95.31.130). To access the archive: 1. ftp to wahoo 2. give username of "anonymous" (without quotes) 3. give email address as password 4. use ls command to see files in current directory 5. use cd command to change directories. Most data files are in subdirectories, e.g. "cd ieee300". 6. use ftp "get " command to download files 7. see index.txt for list of available files Send submissions, questions and requests to christie@ee.washington.edu In extremis, call Prof. Rich Christie at (206) 543-9689.
