News Since 2009: Dr. Yetik has received a grant from IIT ERIF to study on the registration of histological slides and in vivo MRI for prostate cancer localization. Xin Liu and Dr. Yetik's journal paper has appeared in IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging. Dr. Yetik has been elected as the Senior Member of IEEE. Three papers of Lab members (Yetik, Yetik and Ozer, Yetik and Artan) are published in the proceedings of IEEE Symposium on Biomedical Imaging, 2009. Sedat Ozer has won the prize in the poster competetion of ECE Day 2009 at IIT. Only a few awards are granted among more than a 100 posters.
