About the Topic

The "Careers in Power Engineering" session will relate power engineering to motors and drives, software companies, computer companies, engineering firms, industrial applications, and electric utilities. Electrical professionals will provide college students with advice on various engineering topics including: selecting the right electives; making time for a co-op; keeping up with the technology; honing communication skills; pursuing advanced degrees; and finding the right mentor.
