  For ECE 403 students who are late in getting the text book,
the problems for H.W.#1 and H.W.#2 have been placed on
Electronic Reserves.

  For the Internet students:  Always check Electronic Reserves
for handouts that will be provided to the class before viewing
each lecture.  For example, on Sept. 11 the handouts on
Equivalent Noise Bandwidth and Autocorrelation Function
will be used.
