[ece403] Supplementary Problems A for ECE 403

  On Friday afternoon a large set of ECE 403 Supplementary Problems A were
put onto Electronic Reserve.  They are problems from old exams no. 1.
They are in reverse chronological order.  The answers are at the end.  It
is advisable to use these problems (starting at the end) as practice problems
for exam no. 1 in ECE 403 that is scheduled for next week.
