[BCNnet] Say No to House Bill 240 and S 65, which would legalize trap, neuter and release of cats probably using state funding

Supporters of bird conservation:

 

There are 2 pending bills in the Illinois General Assembly, S 65 and HB 240
that would allow the neutering and release of wild cats throughout the state
and would probably result in getting state funding to do it.  I'm sure you
don't need any convincing that this is very bad for birds, but if you do,
the American Bird Conservancy has an excellent website and a terrific video.
