[BCNnet] U.S. Supreme Court rules against Endangered Species Act in AZ

I don't know if the Chicago Tribune or Chicago Sun-Times covered the recent
U.S. Supreme Court decision on an Arizona case dealing with the Endangered
Species Act. Below is an article from the Arizona Daily Star and an article
from the Washington Post in 2004. This legal decision affects Illinois and
every state.

Brushing aside concerns about endangering species, the U.S. Supreme Court
ruled Monday that the state of Arizona can keep issuing water-discharge
permits for new developments.
