Subject: IBET Purple Loosestrife (no sighting)


Does anyone know of ANY purple loosestrife blooming, or even growing, in Lake or McHenry Counties right now?  It seems the Galerucella beetles have done such a good job, perhaps coupled with the drought, that there is literally NO loosestrife to be found.  If you know of any (even outside these two counties), please email me at volobog at imaxx.net.
