[BCNnet] WNV spraying resource

There's a good article about West Nile Virus and the impacts of spraying in
the current Chicago Wilderness Magazine -

Also, in yesterday's New York Times, there was an article that implicated
WNV-inspired spraying of malathon in an alarming drop in lobster
populations in the Long Island Sound.  

If anyone is talking to their local mosquito control people or municipal
officials about next year's spray program, this would be a good piece to
take along.
