This Friday, June 21, 9 - 11 pm
WGN Radio - - 720 on your AM dial
Milt Rosenberg's "Extension 720" program
Featuring our very own Joel Greenberg and his extraordinary new book "A
Natural History of the Chicago Region." Two other Chicago area naturalists
will also be on the panel.
I'm currently knee-deep in one of the bird chapters. Joel has done just a
superb job with this book. When I'm on the train going downtown I often look
out the window at the skyline and wonder what Chicago might have looked like
a few hundred years ago. Now I'm finding out thanks to Joel's 17 years of
research and what he has so skillfully presented in this book.
