Bird Conservation Enthusiasts,
I just came across a link describing a potential problem in Louisiana =
that could result in death to birds that use rice fields, including =
shorebirds that migrate through the Chicago region. At the bottom of =
the article is a link allowing you to comment to the EPA. =
Unfortunately, the comment period is only 5 days and it ends today (2 =
July 2002).

Forgive me if this is a duplicate post. Although I did not find a =
similar post when I searched the BCNNet archives, I just re-subscribed =
after being out of town for some time and it is possible I missed one.
