[BCNnet] injured birds

Every so often I get a call from a person with an injured bird
(got another one just this morning). The person is usually looking 
for somewhere to take the bird.

My usual response to such inquiries is to suggest the Trailside Museum
in River Forest (Cook County) or Willowbrook Wildlife Center in
Glen Ellyn (DuPage County).

Does anyone know of other places?
